Purpose of the project
- To improve and empower
poor communities especially the women providing financial assistance
through Rural- Credit which refers to small loans made to low–income
individuals to make them self sustained or to start up very small
businesses individually.

Purpose of the
project
The main
objective of Sanitation program is to motivate safe water
utilization in all family works, to keep nit and clean in personal,
family based and social life and also use of Sanitary latrine in
each level. To create social awareness GRAMAUS continues this
program from 1989 in collaboration with the NGO-Forum, Mymensingh
region. In order to motivate people for using safe water and
sanitary latrine GRAMAUS is trying to involve people from all walks
of life to this program.

Purpose of the
project
One of the major problems of Bangladesh
is the high illiteracy rate of the country. It has been realized
that all the development efforts of the country are being hindered
for the low rate of literacy. This issue has been given top priority
over other burning issues by both the Government and Non Government
development agencies, since our independence.
In this aspect GRAMAUS came forward to work on non
formal primary education program and they are continuing this with the
help of Bangladesh Rural Advancement Committee (BRAC).
